About Me and My Mission For Care

Your care journey starts with a dedicated, experienced professional who truly understands your needs. Committed to providing exceptional care, I focus on building trust and meaningful connections with every client. It's not just about the services — it's about creating a compassionate, supportive environment where you or your loved one feels valued and respected every step of the way.

With over four years of professional experience in both domiciliary care (care in the home) and residential settings, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a diverse range of healthcare professionals. This hands-on experience has enabled me to support individuals with a variety of unique challenges, including dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, mental health struggles such as depression and anxiety, and the social isolation that often accompanies aging. These experiences have not only shaped my approach to care but have also reinforced my commitment to providing the highest level of support."

In addition to my professional experience, I have a personal understanding of the challenges of caregiving. I was a young carer for my mother, who suffered from multiple mental health conditions, from the age of seven. This early experience led to me being honoured with the BBC 1 Teen Hero award, where I had the opportunity to meet Prince William and Prince Harry and share my insights into the profound impact of mental health on both individuals and their loved ones. This personal journey has driven my passion for care and deepened my understanding of its true importance."

"For me, caregiving is not just a job — it’s a true calling. I treat every client with the same care and respect I would want for my own family, and I’m committed to delivering care that goes beyond the basics. The trust my clients place in me is a responsibility I take to heart, and my goal is always to provide compassionate, personalized care that enhances the lives of those I support.

I had Oliver care for me after sometime in the hospital. I would always look forward to our time together. He is a very kind, punctual and pleasant man, who I could have great discussions with. He also had a lovely sense of humour which made me feel comfortable around him. He would encourage and motivate me to do a bit more than I thought I could and gave me confidence knowing he was there to support me. I would definitely recommend him as a reliable, friendly and captivating carer for anyone!

Ollie was a regular carer for my 92 year old mother and despite their large differences in age, he was always her favourite with a huge smile on her face every time he walked through the door. He was always cheerful, enthusiatic, sympathetic and enjoyed his work. He was always willing to do anything needed such as cooking her meals, administering tablets etc. Living over 50 miles away , it was a great relief for me and a reason not to worry knowing he was looking after her. Always capable of handling any issues I can 100% recommend him for any work in the care industry.

Ollie cared for my late father for over 18 months whilst working for a care agency but he was a regular caregiver for dad. Both Dad and his partner loved Ollie and couldn't stop telling us how marvelous he was! I personally witnessed his very competent care on many occasions and was really impressed with his cheerful, friendly yet still professional manner. Dads face always lit up when Ollie arrived and his visits were definitely a highlight in his day. Ollie was always prepared to go above and beyond his usual duties, on one occasion my sister called him to help out when the scheduled carer hadn't shown up, Ollie kindly obliged despite being out with his girlfriend at the time.

I'd thoroughly recommend Ollie to anyone for a very capable, friendly and very reliable carer.
